This Music Hall Needs YOU
More Than Ever
Help Us Recover Construction Costs
The 1885 landmark Music Hall recently went through a major Structural Repairs & Upgrade project, securing our landmark building for another century. Some of the repairs were near-emergencies. We had to dig really deep to make this project happen, and need help from our community to get back to where we were before, financially.
Can You Help Us?
The Music Hall Structural Restoration Project
All of the work was sorely needed, some critical and some borderline emergency. We simply could not wait until we had raised all the necessary funds through a capital campaign, but decided to dip into our operating funds. We had government funding in place for most of the construction work, but we needed to provide $250,000 in matching funds. In the end, we also added over $100,000 in change orders, some to cover necessary repairs for conditions discovered during construction, some to add work that made sense with scaffolding etc in place.

YOUR MUSIC HALL HAS BEEN SECURED FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.
WILL YOU HELP US RECOVER OUR COSTS?
The Music Hall is owned, operated and loved by a non profit organization. All contributions are tax deductible. We will credit all donations towards this capital improvement project and credit all donors accordingly. Donations over $5,000 will be included on the donor plaque that will be installed in the Music Hall lobby. There is a LOT of restoration work still to be done, paint & plaster, expanded restrooms, new seats, technical and accessibility upgrades, but until we we pay this project off, we will not be able to move ahead.
If you are in, please send a check to the address below and indicate "Structural" in the memo.
